We want you to love your symbolic adoption and your impact on wildlife conservation. If you are not completely satisfied with your physical adoption kit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the plush animal, adoption certificate, and educational materials in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned kit, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
