How does my purchase help the animals?
A significant portion of every adoption fee is donated directly to verified conservation partners who work on habitat restoration, anti-poaching initiatives, and species recovery programs worldwide.
When will my physical adoption package arrive?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while international delivery can take 14-21 days depending on the destination.
Can I gift an adoption to someone else?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can specify the recipient's name for the certificate and provide their shipping address. You can also include a personalized digital message.
Are the adoption certificates sent digitally or by mail?
We offer both options. You will receive an instant digital download via email immediately after purchase, and a high-quality printed version will be included in your physical kit.
What is your return and refund policy?
Since adoptions are treated as charitable contributions, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if your physical kit arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
